Meet Jeff
I am a therapist who has been working in mental health for 15 years that specializes in working with teens, young adults, and parents. I create a space that feels safe to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and work toward your goals. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, change, and live a happy and fulfilling life. I am also passionate about providing training and education in both public and professional settings so that people and the communities we live in are able to thrive.
Prior to opening my practice, I worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health as a therapist and clinical supervisor. I have treated a range of disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), suicidal ideation and worked with both the victims and perpetrators of abuse.
A little more about me personally. Since I was a kid, I have played drums and guitar. I enjoy listening to music (my favorite thing to talk about), trying new coffee shops, going to bookstores and visiting animal sanctuaries. During my time off, you can find me at a concert, a hockey game, attending a community event, or out exploring nature.
